Outbound allows you to send an automated email, push notification, or text message to a user based on the actions that they took while using your application. It can be used to decrease abandonment, prompt users to upgrade their subscriptions, reward highly engaged users, and educate new users about your product.

Events

Certain event property names have special significance to Outbound. We map the properties of events collected by Replay so that they have the proper Outbound names. The following table shows you the properties collected by Replay and the names of the Outbound properties to which they are mapped.

If a property collected by Replay does not have special significance to Outbound, it is mapped to Outbound’s payload dictionary and will still show up in the Outbound interface.

Traits

Certain trait property names also have special significance to Outbound. When you store a user profile with Replay, we map the traits collected by Replay so that they also have the proper Outbound names.
