Trak.io helps you increase paid conversions and fight churn rate on your websites and applications. It provides you with a 360-degree view of your customers and their use of your product across all devices and touch points. You can use it to create automated retention campaigns and send targeted emails to your users based on their interaction with your product.

Events

Certain event property names have special significance to trak.io. We map the properties of events collected by Replay so that they have the proper trak.io names. The following table shows you the properties collected by Replay and the names of the trak.io properties to which they are mapped.

1 The page_url is mapped to channel as the domain in the url.

If a property collected by Replay does not have special significance to trak.io, it is mapped to trak.io’s properties collection and will still show up in the trak.io interface.

Traits

Certain trait property names also have special significance to trak.io. When you store a user profile with Replay, we map the traits collected by Replay so that they also have the proper trak.io names.
