Woopra is a platform designed to help organizations optimize the customer life-cycle by delivering live, granular behavioral data for individual website visitors and customers. It ties this individual-level data to aggregate analytics reports for a full life-cycle view that bridges departmental gaps.

Events

Certain event property names have special significance to woopra. We map the properties of events collected by Replay so that they have the proper woopra names. The following table shows you the properties collected by Replay and the names of the woopra properties to which they are mapped.

If a property collected by Replay does not have special significance to woopra, it will still be sent to woopra’s properties and will show up in the woopra’s interface.

Traits

Certain trait property names also have special significance to woopra. When you store a user profile with Replay, we map the traits collected by Replay so that they also have the proper woopra names.
